My investing career started in International Equities, which led me to Chinese RTO’s. As a fundamentalist the quantitative metrics of RTO’s intrigued me enough that I left all other asset classes devoting all my time to looking for RTO opportunities. However, as recent events unfolded I realized my original RTO thesis was completely wrong and that the majority of RTO’s are frauds. Accordingly I now spend the majority of my time identifying, investigating, and exposing fraudulent RTO’s.
